This is not new technology or a new theory.
Journaling is a powerful tool that, when harnessed and embraced, can impact your daily life and help you reach your goals. Journaling that includes setting intentions, daily affirmations, recognizing things you're grateful for, processing experiences, and visualization the life you want are just a few of the simple techniques with documented results.
We wrote Visualize Your Dreams with Vision Board Journal Pages! a few years ago. Images are powerful tools to help you explain your thoughts and dig deeper into descriptive words.
Visualizing techniques have been used by professional athletes like Kerri Walsh, Misty May-Treanor, Lindsey Vonn, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Many celebrities have incorporated the use of vision boards. Oprah Winfrey, Jim Carrey, Steve Harvey, Ellen DeGeneres, Beyonce, Kellan Lutz, and Octavia E. Butler, the science-fiction writer. Katy Perry discovered vision boards at 9 years old.
What special things need to be written to create your journaling superpower?
Surprisingly, the words aren't the most important part, so don't overthink it.
According to the studies, the act of writing and the routine are more powerful than the words you choose to write. The process of journaling documents and clears your thoughts to help you focus on what’s important going forward. Some journalers express themselves with doodles and diagrams, some keep charts, and others record their positive affirmations. Start with what you know and experiment.
