"Ouch Relief" Roller Ball

Ingredients
  •  10 drops Lavender essential oil - your go-to for calming and soothing the skin.
  • 10 drops Frankincense essential oil - known for its ability to promote feelings of relaxation and well-being.
  • Carrier oil (such as V-6, fractionated coconut oil, or jojoba oil)
  • 10 ml glass roller ball bottle
Instructions
1. Add Essential Oils: Start by adding 10 drops each of Lavender and Frankincense essential oils to your roller ball bottle. These oils are not only fragrant but also known for their skin-loving benefits.
2. Fill with Carrier Oil:  Fill the rest of the bottle with your chosen carrier oil. This dilutes the essential oils to a skin-safe concentration and helps evenly spread the essential oil goodness.
3. Combine: Pop the rollerball into the top of the bottle and secure the lid. Shake well to blend all the ingredients together.
4. Apply with Love: Gently roll over areas that need a little TLC. For a soothing touch, use it on the temples, wrists, or even on minor skin irritations.
