Create a relaxing, soothing atmosphere with premium essential oils!

Yes!  A DIY linen spray that doubles as a room spray?

The timing couldn’t be better!

Linen and room sprays are easy to make.  We like to keep one in the laundry area, one in the bedroom, and one in our travel bag for hotel stays.   The recipes vary, of course, but the single oils and blends chosen for linen spray recipes are designed to help put you at ease before falling asleep.

Their natural attributes support a calm mind, relaxation, peaceful space, and restful sleep.

“You’re Still the One” uses just three essential oils.

Peace & Calming®  is a blend that supports calming your nerves and emotions at the end of a long day or in times of stress.
Myrrh promotes spiritual awareness and spiritual uplifting.
Clary Sage may calm and enhance the dream state, helping to bring about a feeling of euphoria!

These oils are wonderful on their own, but together, they’re amazing!

What else do you need, and how do you make it?

“You’re Still the One!” Linen and Room Spray Recipe
•4 oz spray bottle
Young Living™ Essential Oils
~ 14 Drops Peace and Calming
~ 2 Drops Myrrh
~ 2 Drops Clary Sage
•2 oz. water (distilled if possible)
•2 oz. vodka (Witch hazel will work but has its own scent that we don't like for room sprays.)

Steps:
  1. Drop oils in the spray bottle.
  2.  Add vodka.
  3. Add water to just below the top, allowing enough room to submerge the spray top parts.
  4. Secure the spray top.
  5. Gently tip the bottle back and’ forth to mix contents.
  6. Label and enjoy!

Before you're ready to get into bed, open your bedding to expose the pillowcases and sheets.   Spray the pillows and at least the upper area of the sheets.  Gently close the bedding back up and let the scents marinate for 5-15 minutes while you go about the last of your nightly routine.  When you return to your bed and lift the bedding to climb in, you'll experience a gentle woosh of the beautiful aroma signaling your body that it is ready to shut down for the evening.

Combining linen spray with your nightly gratitude journal writing and a night diffuser blend of Lavender, Cedarwood, and Bergamot will have you floating off to a wonderful night's sleep in no time at all!
